Junior Product Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Product Manager to support the entire product lifecycle, driving innovation and user satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: 1. Leading discovery efforts through stakeholder interviews, user research, and workflow analysis to deeply understand user needs and market opportunities. 2. Developing prototypes to test product decisions, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals. 3. Translating research and learnings into well-defined and scoped product requirements, facilitating effective development. 4. Collaborating with design teams on UX flows and with engineers during sprint planning, ensuring seamless execution. 5. Partnering with the Service team to maintain strong relationships, gathering valuable feedback for continuous improvement. 6. Defining and tracking feature-level success metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making and optimization.

Qualifications

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager with: 1. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, providing a strong foundation for product management. 2. 1-2 years of experience in product management, analytics, operations, strategy, or a closely related role, demonstrating practical experience. 3. Ability to thrive in a ‘start-up’ environment, embracing agility and innovation. 4. A passion for developing products that solve real-world problems and meet user needs. 5. Comfort working with data and insights tools, enabling informed decision-making. 6. Exceptional written and oral communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and communication.
