Job Description

Provide comprehensive support for the admin panel, ensuring timely inventory updates and data accuracy. Deliver exceptional customer and player support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with efficiency. Offer operational assistance during peak hours, contributing to the smooth functioning of our services. Handle various ad hoc operational and administrative tasks to support the team.

Qualifications

1. Relevant experience in hospitality, sales, customer support, logistics, operations, or inventory management. 2. Excellent English communication skills. 3. Strong attention to detail. 4. Passion for customer service. 5. Friendly, positive attitude and a team player. 6. Bachelor's Degree/Diploma. 7. Interest in football is a significant plus. 8. Experience working overseas or with international companies is a plus.
