Junior Operations Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Operations Analyst to enhance our college admissions processes. This role involves data analysis and process enhancement, where you will pinpoint bottlenecks by examining workflows and identifying delay root causes, offering data-driven advice to leadership. You will maintain operational reliability by upholding established standards and seeking innovative improvements. Additionally, you'll manage projects and systems, tracking timelines to ensure timely deliverables and coordinating tasks for consistent progress. Data integrity is crucial, as you'll manage and audit internal databases using Google Workspace and Monday.com to ensure accuracy. You will optimize high-volume workflows, especially during peak admission periods, and create SOPs for new and existing employees, ensuring resources are current. Collaboration is key, with responsibilities including relaying technical updates to align teams and supporting leadership with administrative tasks. This role also involves troubleshooting technical glitches in internal databases.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree from a top Philippine university. 2. Degrees in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Management Engineering, or Industrial Engineering preferred. 3. Experience in project management, data analysis, logistical operations, or administration is a plus. 4. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 5. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Monday.com required. 6. Excellent English verbal and written skills required. 7. Background in education consulting or college admissions a plus. 8. Comfortable working PST hours is a plus.
