Job Description

Analyze the complete customer journey across the customer base to pinpoint friction areas and opportunities for revenue growth. Construct dashboards and management reports for monitoring key performance indicators. Optimize metrics, including conversion rates, attach rates, incremental revenue, and opportunity generation. Deliver insights and recommendations derived from customer behavior, usage patterns, maturity levels, and segmentation strategies. Develop targeted initiatives to enhance customer journeys through upgrades, cross-selling, expansion efforts, and re-engagement tactics. Streamline data from various sources, ensuring rapid and consistent decision-making. Provide actionable insights to Marketing, Product, Sales, and Growth teams. Assist in tests, experiments, and impact assessments focused on revenue generation.

Qualifications

1. Experience creating and analyzing data in Marketing, Growth, Revenue Ops, BI, or related fields. 2. Proficiency in using Power BI for dashboard creation. 3. Advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets. 4. Experience in SaaS environments and/or growth-metric-driven businesses. 5. Experience with funnel, conversion, retention, or revenue expansion metrics. 6. Ability to translate data into business-focused recommendations. 7. Autonomy to conduct analyses and prioritize opportunities.
