Job Description

As a Junior Industrial Designer, you will: - Develop detailed floorplan layouts for hospitality, industrial, and commercial spaces, ensuring adherence to design standards and client specifications. - Utilize design software to produce accurate and visually appealing floorplans. - Create high-quality renderings of floorplans to visualize design concepts for effective client communication, employing industry-standard techniques. - Demonstrate a solid understanding of spatial optimization, considering factors like accessibility and functionality in designs. - Work with technical drawings and specifications, analyzing client needs to develop tailored design solutions and proactively identifying potential challenges. - Collaborate with team members to address design issues and adapt to project timelines, managing time efficiently to meet deadlines. - Communicate design ideas clearly and actively incorporate feedback, participating in design reviews.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field with portfolio. 2. 0-2 years of industrial design experience or strong internship. 3. Understanding of design principles and methodologies. 4. Proficiency in 2D design software and basic 3D modeling knowledge is a plus. 5. Strong attention to detail and passion for high-quality products. 6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 7. Adaptability to process improvements. 8. Ability to work independently and take initiative. 9. Familiarity with Apple and Windows OS.
