Junior Finance & Payroll Manager – Part-time
Job Description
Join our team as a Finance & Payroll Manager, where you'll handle preparatory bookkeeping and manage incoming and outgoing invoices. You'll support payment processes, manage dunning, and maintain document management. Your expertise will be key in monthly payroll accounting and statutory filings, as well as in preparing annual financial statements. Assist with year-end audits and communicate with tax advisory firms, tax authorities, and health insurance providers to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
Qualifications
1. 1–2 years of solid professional experience in the finance area 2. 1–2 years of experience in payroll accounting (payroll) 3. Initial experience in a regulated environment (e.g., RechKredV) 4. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy 5. Reliable and structured way of working 6. High degree of personal responsibility in task management 7. Business‑fluent German and English, both written and spoken
