Job Description

As a Junior Customer Success Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. You will support the onboarding process for new customers, working closely with Senior Customer Success Managers. Key responsibilities include monitoring customer progress, adoption, and engagement, as well as proactively identifying and addressing potential risks. You will also assist in managing accounts by tracking tasks, timelines, and action items, and will collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze data to improve customer performance. You will also help in preparing materials for check-ins and Quarterly Business Reviews.

Qualifications

1. 0-1 year of experience (internships, projects, or part-time work count). 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills (this is critical). 3. Highly organized and detail-oriented. 4. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. 5. Analytical mindset—you’re comfortable working with data and identifying patterns. 6. Fast learner with a proactive attitude. 7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. 8. Internship or exposure to SaaS, customer-facing roles, or startups (Bonus). 9. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Excel/Google Sheets (Bonus). 10. Interest in AI, automation, or customer experience (Bonus). 11. Experience with communication tools (email, chat, CRM workflows) (Bonus).
