Job Description

As a Junior Consultant at Deloitte, you'll dive into the challenges organizations face, connecting them with tailored data and analytics solutions to achieve their goals. You will evaluate clients' readiness for data transformation, guide them towards becoming data-driven entities by gathering essential business, functional, and technical requirements. You'll transform complex insights into clear, stakeholder-friendly presentations, and use data storytelling to convey the data's key messages to clients. You'll be involved in designing and implementing cloud-based data architectures (AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP), constructing advanced data engineering pipelines for analytics and AI. You'll assist in building, optimizing, and testing ML & AI models, implementing scalable solutions using CI/CD frameworks and cloud automation (MLOps). You'll also help prepare and lead client meetings and workshops, contributing to internal projects by developing innovative propositions and new technologies.

Qualifications

1. A master’s degree in Data Science, Big Data, Econometrics, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Business Information Management, or a related field. 2. Technical experience with Python and SQL, ideally with CI/CD processes and cloud automation. 3. Understanding of data strategies, data transformations, and/or data management (DAMA DMBOK). 4. Experience with data analysis tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, or Databricks. 5. Knowledge of design thinking or service design. 6. Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English (level C1 or C2). 7. Demonstrated organizational and strategic skills.
