Join Ylopo as a Junior Client Success Manager and provide exceptional support, training, and product knowledge to our clients. Manage retention efforts for clients at risk of cancellation, and ensure smooth handoffs to internal departments like marketing and website development. As a client advocate, you'll need to speak confidently and professionally while working urgently to resolve issues. Accurate documentation of client interactions in Salesforce and internal systems is crucial for this remote role.
Qualifications
1. Undergraduate degree preferred, ideally in business or communications. 2. Previous experience in a support or customer service role. 3. Professional demeanor and strong work ethic. 4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines independently. 6. Strong project coordination, written, and verbal communication skills. 7. Positive and trustworthy character. 8. Initiative to complete projects and tasks thoroughly. 9. Ability to convey detailed information about services and systems. 10. Understanding of real estate is a plus.
