Junior Business Development Representative

Job Description

Seeking a Junior Business Development Representative to identify potential leads and new business opportunities. Conduct outbound outreach via email and phone to prospective clients. Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for senior team members. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate contact and activity data. Support the preparation of proposals and presentations. Track and report on outreach activity and results.

Qualifications

1. Matric certificate; business or marketing qualification advantageous 2. Strong written and verbal English communication skills 3. Comfortable with outbound calling and cold emailing 4. Basic proficiency in CRM tools or Microsoft Office 5. Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and resilience 6. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
