Job Description

Seeking a Junior AI & Event Innovation Specialist to enhance event experiences at egg. You will rotate across various teams, including Experience & Content and Strategy & Creative, offering hands-on support with innovative solutions. This role involves analyzing team operations, suggesting AI tools to boost creativity and efficiency, and experimenting with AI to enhance proposals and productions. You'll collaborate to test new tools, share insights, and advise leadership on AI applications for teams and clients, shaping the future of egg events.

Qualifications

1. Demonstrated use of AI tools for simplification and efficiency. 2. Strong interest and knowledge in AI, automation, and emerging technologies. 3. Curiosity about business operations and process improvement. 4. Interest in event, experiential marketing, or creative industries. 5. A creative and inquisitive mind. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 7. Ability to observe workflows and suggest practical improvements. 8. Confidence in communicating ideas to colleagues of all levels. 9. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects. 10. A proactive mindset and willingness to challenge existing methods. 11. Eligibility to work in the job posting's country. 12.
