Junior AI Developer

Job Description

BenGen is seeking a Junior AI Developer to drive innovation in AI-centric projects from the initial concept to deployment. This role involves developing, testing, and refining machine learning models and LLM-based applications using the latest frameworks. Collaboration with product and engineering teams will be essential to integrate AI features into our core offerings. The developer will analyze model performance and help scale AI solutions for our global user base, while also staying updated with the evolving AI landscape and bringing new tools to BenGen.

Qualifications

1. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related technical field. 2. Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. 3. Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning models like GPT-4 or Gemini. 4. You possess a problem-solving mindset. 5. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and prefer action over analysis.
