Junior Affiliate Manager

Job Description

Join FxPro as a Junior Affiliate Manager and play a crucial role in expanding our affiliate network. Your responsibilities include onboarding new affiliates, providing ongoing support, and analyzing performance to identify areas for improvement. You'll collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaigns and foster strong, long-term partnerships. Monitor traffic quality, conversion rates, and fraud metrics, delivering regular performance reports.

Qualifications

1. Basic understanding of affiliate traffic sources and channels. 2. Familiarity with CPA, CPL, and other payment models. 3. Basic knowledge of Forex products. 4. Proficiency in MS Office. 5. Experience with CellXpert, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems is a plus. 6. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). 7. Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented. 8. Strong analytical and detail-oriented thinking. 9. Ability to manage multiple partners independently. 10. Availability for evening shifts (from 4:00 PM Cyprus time). 11. Fluent English; additional languages (Russian, Spanish, Arabic) are a strong advantage.
