Junior Account Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Account Manager to strengthen our client relationships and grow our presence in the local market. You will be instrumental in maintaining and nurturing client connections, solidifying our position as a key player in the region.
Qualifications
1. Expand and consolidate presence in the assigned territory; 2. Maintain and develop our relationship with signed partners (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs) in order to increase their performance; 3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory; 4. Follow-up with existing and new partners in order to provide system training; 5. Address incident issues, ensuring partners support; 6. Payments control: oversee and ensure accuracy in transaction processing; 7. Provide market & competitive environment analysis; 8. Provide regular comprehensive reporting through CRM and internal systems. **Key qualifications** - Relevant experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in the travel industry. Possess an excellent understanding of the travel market, specializing in account management or business development within B2B travel companies. - Personal skills: Be proactive, ambitious, and motivated with an action-oriented and results-focused mindset. Possess a passion for innovative technology and thrive in a fast-changing business environment. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team. - Analytical skills: Must be adept at data-driven decision-making and metrics-driven, with strong numerical abilities. - International mindset: Able to understand and work effectively across various cultural contexts, reflecting a global presence. - Readiness for business trips: Willingness to travel for market visits, with approximately 10-20% of working time dedicated to travel.
