Job Description

Join the Small Accounts team, playing a crucial role in managing B2B customers with vehicle fleets of six to 13 vehicles. As the primary contact for existing customers after the Sales team closes the contract, you'll support them throughout their entire customer journey. Focus on customer retention & renewals (Account Retention) or on growth & fleet expansion (Account Expansion), providing personalized advice, identifying individual needs, and developing tailored mobility solutions. Work with your team to ensure an outstanding customer experience and contribute to FINN’s sustainable growth.

Qualifications

1. Successfully completed your Bachelor’s degree or vocational training. 2. Initial practical experience in account management, sales, customer success, or customer service, ideally in a B2B environment. 3. For the Account Expansion role, experience in new business / acquisition is an advantage. 4. Strong verbal and written communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact. 5. Entrepreneurial, structured thinking with a drive to question and improve existing processes. 6. Proactive working style and a good sense for customer needs and potential. 7. Native-level German and very good English skills.
