Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Supply Chain Professional to execute competitive processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and tenders. This role involves supporting and executing material purchases, coordinating and leading negotiations with suppliers to optimize resources, and ensuring compliance with policies, timelines, and process standards. You will manage multiple processes simultaneously, maintaining traceability and organized documentation. Responsibilities include preparing weekly execution reports and documenting activities in the database. The role also involves managing the purchase process according to defined procedures and handling processes through the client's ERP platform.

Qualifications

1. Professional in Administration, Engineering, or related fields, with specialization. 2. Minimum of six (6) years of general experience and five (5) years of specific experience in managing supply chain processes, including RFIs, RFPs, Service Orders, and Contracts. 3. Experience in managing and purchasing materials. 4. Experience in warehouse management. 5. Proficiency in creating evaluation matrices. 6. Technical and economic analysis of offers. 7. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. 8. Knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SAP for procurement processes.
