Java Software Engineer, AI Imaging – Backend

Job Description

Seeking a Java Software Engineer to contribute to the development of AI Imaging solutions. Responsibilities include: Writing production-level code in Java (with AI tools). Prompt engineering and testing with LLMs, including Claude, Gemini, and OpenAI models. Context engineering to determine the right data. Agentic workflow design. Building systems to easily monitor and test LLM performance. Designing and implementing solutions for scale and maintainability across multiple clients. Contributing as a thought leader to conversations around LLM usage.

Qualifications

1. Requires 8+ years of coding experience in Java. 2. Proficient in SQL and relational DB technologies 3. Requires 2+ years in systems with a user interface, prefer javascript driven like React 4. Requires 1+ years of Spring Boot 5. Demonstrated production use of AI in API calls or code assistance. 6. Understanding of Cloud Computing and distributed architecture with real experience deploying containerized applications. 7. Confident communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations. 8. Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills along with demonstrated strategic thinking abilities.
