Java IVR Application Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Java IVR Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain IVR applications based on business and technical needs. This role involves integrating IVR solutions with key internal services, monitoring IVR systems, and implementing operational improvements for an enhanced customer experience. The candidate will troubleshoot and resolve issues within the voice contact center and IVR environments, collaborate with project managers to deliver high-quality solutions, and work independently while aligning with global objectives. Participation in forward-looking initiatives to improve call steering and IVR architecture is expected, along with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

1. 4+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Java. 2. Strong Java programming skills in Java EE and Spring Boot / Spring Core. 3. Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Design (OOD), Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and design patterns. 4. Experience working with SQL for application configuration and data-driven logic. 5. Practical experience designing and developing microservices and distributed systems. 6. Hands-on experience with cloud platform engineering, preferably GCP. 7. Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. 8. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, including production issue investigation. 9. Effective communication and presentation skills. 10. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
