Job Description

As an IT Systems Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing IT support for Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices across our global remote-first organization. You'll also manage and maintain endpoint security solutions to ensure devices remain compliant, patched, and protected. You will take lead in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions and compliance. Moreover, administer and maintain identity & access management solutions, including SSO, MFA, and directory services. You'll drive security initiatives and maintain compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, ISO 27701), ensuring robust protection of our data. In addition, you'll manage our SaaS application portfolio, including licensing, security configurations, and integrations. Ultimately, you'll lead and manage IT & Security projects, independently managing timelines and deliverables. Finally, communicate technical concepts and project progress to leadership, ensuring clear organization-wide visibility.

Qualifications

1. Proven expertise in supporting and managing Windows, macOS, Android and iOS endpoints in business environments. 2. Strong knowledge of SaaS solutions with hands-on experience in SaaS application management and security configurations. 3. Technical proficiency with tools like Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Freshservice, Omnissa Workspace One, and VMware Carbon Black EDR. 4. Understanding of modern authentication methods including SSO, passwordless authentication, biometric systems, and zero-trust principles. 5. Proficiency in at least one scripting language (PowerShell and Bash preferred). 6. Basic knowledge of information security compliance maintenance (ISO 27001, ISO 27701 desired). 7. Excellent communication and organizational skills with a collaborative team approach and proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects. 8. Highly Desirable (Bonus Qualifications): AI & Automation enthusiasm: You are curious about AI-driven automation and eager to learn how to build intelligent workflows using tools such as N8N, Realm, Notion, Zapier, or similar platforms. 9. Vendor Management expertise: Experience in vendor risk evaluations and vendor lifecycle processes. 10. Certifications: Industry-standard certifications in cloud security, cybersecurity, or compliance.
