Job Description

As an IT Specialist at Tecspal, you'll be instrumental in maintaining seamless IT operations across the APAC region. This role involves providing hardware and software technical support, managing and resolving RMA tickets with meticulous categorization and follow-up, and coordinating closely with suppliers and external partners. You will also be responsible for tracking and registering service movements, ensuring that information is always up-to-date in internal platforms, and offering support to general operational tasks as needed. Your expertise will help keep our APAC operations running smoothly and efficiently.
