Job Description

Assume responsibility for the effective planning, management, and execution of IT projects for our valued clients. Serve as the primary liaison between our clients and the dedicated development team. Gather, dissect, and prioritize customer requirements to ensure project alignment. Uphold schedule, budget, and quality standards throughout the project's entire lifecycle. Provide proactive customer support and diligent account management. Organize and lead meetings, workshops, and project status updates to maintain transparency. Pinpoint opportunities to enhance processes and projects, driving continuous improvement. Contribute to the ongoing development of existing customer relationships, fostering long-term partnerships. Implement risk management strategies, including the early detection and resolution of potential issues. Thoroughly document project progress and outcomes for future reference and analysis.

Qualifications

1. Possess several years of experience (minimum 3 years) in IT project management or customer success management. 2. Hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification. 3. Demonstrate a solid understanding of software development and technical concepts. 4. Exhibit strong communication and organizational skills. 5. Maintain a high level of customer orientation and a confident presence in direct customer interactions. 6. Have experience with common project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms. 7. Demonstrate a structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style. 8. Possess business-fluent proficiency in both German and English languages. 9. Have experience in a SaaS environment or with digital products.
