IT Helpdesk Support – Part-time

United States – Remote Part-Time$30 - $35 /hour

Job Description

Provide essential help desk support for DGMH systems, addressing user inquiries and service requests promptly. Efficiently manage and track help desk tickets, ensuring timely resolutions and follow-ups. Assist in onboarding new staff by providing system access, training, and guidance. Execute data entry, tracking, and monitoring activities across various systems and spreadsheets meticulously. Prepare and validate data for seamless transfer, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Perform routine data quality checks and resolve any discrepancies effectively. Scan, organize, and maintain electronic documents for easy retrieval and audit readiness. Manage shared inboxes and communication channels dedicated to system support. Generate daily or weekly activity reports for stakeholders as needed. Coordinate with IT vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot system issues effectively. Support special assignments and high-priority data processing tasks efficiently. Collaborate with program staff to maintain accurate tracking and reporting of activities.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree required. 2. Strong customer service and communication skills. 3. Experience with help desk support, ticketing systems, or user support preferred. 4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to prioritize tasks and respond quickly to requests. 6. Experience with data entry, tracking, and Excel-based workflows. 7. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 8. Ability to work collaboratively across teams. 9. Reliable transportation and ability to report onsite as required. 10. Must pass the pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
