IT GRC Contract Analyst

Job Description

Join NBCUniversal's Security Assurance team as an IT GRC Contract Analyst. Collaborate with business leadership, Legal, Procurement, and Cyber to review contract terms, ensuring alignment of vendor and client obligations with internal cyber controls. Research control or regulatory questions, track risk remediations, and monitor remediation efforts. Educate on risks and controls, contribute to program enhancements and automation. Stay updated on emerging information risks and cyber legislation. Support GRC and cybersecurity program needs through related duties and special projects.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Governance, Risk, or Compliance functions. 3. Knowledge of IT Risk Frameworks such as NIST, ISO, CSA, PCI, etc. 4. Knowledge of contracting lifecycle. 5. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. 6. Strong analytic skills for problem analysis and resolution. 7. Experience in process management systems like Jira, Azure DevBoards, ServiceNow. 8. Experience with the MS Office suite – Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc. 9. Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills.
