Job Description

Cognitivo GmbH is seeking a skilled IT Architect to develop and maintain IT architectures and solutions aligned with organizational goals and corporate strategy. This role involves identifying, designing, and implementing IT systems and projects, analyzing departmental requirements, and translating them into technical specifications and solution designs. The IT Architect will ensure the functionality, performance, and efficiency of IT systems and infrastructure, conduct code reviews, and implement quality assurance measures for software developments. Ensuring compliance with technical standards and best practices, providing support for the further development and optimization of existing IT systems, and collaborating closely with colleagues from other departments and external partners are crucial aspects of this position.

Qualifications

1. Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification. 2. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT architecture and software development. 3. Sound knowledge in programming (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and common web technologies. 4. Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure IT architectures. 5. Good knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL, Oracle, MySQL). 6. Understanding of IT security aspects and data protection regulations. 7. Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. 8. Strong analytical and conceptual skills. 9. Strong communication and presentation skills to convey technical concepts and solutions understandably. 10. Teamwork skills and collaboration with various stakeholders.
