IRM Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a IRM Developer to design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM / GRC) solutions for enterprise clients across Risk, Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk, and Business Continuity domains. Implement and configure ServiceNow IRM modules, including: Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, Vendor / Third‑Party Risk, Issues Management, Business Continuity Management (BCM). Configure risk statements, risk scoring & assessment models, controls, indicators, attestations regulatory mappings (SOX, ISO, NIST, GDPR, PCI‑DSS). Develop workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts. Integrate ServiceNow IRM with: Archer, OneTrust, MetricStream ERP / Identity / Data platforms using REST APIs & MID Server. Support UAT, production rollout, and post‑go‑live enhancements and collaborate with Cyber, Internal Audit, Compliance and Advisory teams.

Qualifications

1. Work Experience: 4 to 6 Years 2. Certifications: - ServiceNow CSA - CIS – Risk & Compliance (IRM) (Optional) - CAD / Vendor Risk / SecOps CIS - CISA / CRISC / ISO 27001
