Investment FP&A Manager I

Job Description

We are looking for an Investment FP&A Manager to lead strategy and investment oversight. Responsibilities include: - Handling investments in Capital, New Business Investment, and Independent Research and Development. - Performing burn rate analyses and aiding quarterly EAC processes. - Organizing and presenting quarterly investment reviews. - Acting as the main contact for Appropriation Requests. - Overseeing the Long-Range Plan process. - Giving financial support to APS functional leadership. - Guiding and supporting team members.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess: 1. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field. 2. At least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. 3. Knowledge of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). 4. Awareness of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS). 5. Ability to use SAP business systems and toolsets. 6. Experience in delivering briefings to management or senior leadership.
