International Commercial Strategy Lead – ESN
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated International Commercial Strategy Lead to define and implement market entry strategies for ESN across Europe. This role involves identifying key market opportunities, curating product assortments, setting promotional guidelines, and developing in-store activation playbooks. You will translate strategy into actionable materials for sales teams, track performance against KPIs, and ensure brand alignment with the German team, driving commercial success while protecting brand equity.
Qualifications
1. 8+ years of experience in key account management, category management, and trade marketing, preferably in sports nutrition, FMCG, or consumer health. 2. Strong KAM expertise with ownership of major retail or wholesale accounts, including JBP negotiations and trade term management. 3. Proficiency in category management tools such as range reviews, planogram development, shopper insights, and space-to-sales optimization. 4. Extensive trade marketing experience across activation planning, promotional architecture, sell-in materials, and in-store execution. 5. Experience working across multiple European markets with the ability to adapt strategies. 6. Fluency in English, with German or another European language as a plus.
