Internal Programs Manager – IT

Job Description

The Internal Programs Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of programs and projects, working closely with business partners and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: 1. Taking ownership of all aspects related to delivering the agreed scope of work. 2. Proactively identifying opportunities for technology innovation in program development and delivery. 3. Providing process leadership and supporting others in structuring projects and communications. 4. Managing and executing communication plans to ensure timely notifications and updates. 5. Delivering presentations to executives and other audiences to keep them informed. 6. Serving as the primary point of contact with senior management to ensure program status and resolve issues.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications: 1. 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in program management. 2. A Bachelor's Degree is required. 3. Proficiency in M365 and Microsoft Teams/Office Suite - Cloud Collaboration Tools is essential. 4. Working knowledge of AI toolsets for communications development is required. 5. Experience with SurveyMonkey and MailChimp is required. 6. Video production and design skills are preferred. 7. Familiarity with Graphic design and the Adobe Suite is preferred.
