Job Description

Shape internal communications at Intelex as the Internal Communications Manager. Craft strategies and editorial calendars aligned with business goals. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, developing messaging for announcements, scripts, and presentations. Enable effective leader and manager communication through clear message cascades and toolkits. Lead change communications for organizational changes and system implementations. Create high-quality content for email, newsletters, and the intranet, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Partner with HR, IT, and Legal to deliver timely communications. Define KPIs and track engagement to continuously improve impact. Lead communications during sensitive situations with empathy.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or a related field. 2. 5+ years of experience in internal communications within a complex organization. 3. Experience building and scaling internal communications strategies. 4. Strong change communications capability. 5. Exceptional writing and storytelling skills. 6. Experience partnering with senior leaders. 7. Experience managing internal communications platforms. 8. Strong planning, prioritization, and project management skills. 9. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. 10. Native-level proficiency in English.
