Internal Communications Lead

Join ezCater as an Internal Communications Lead, reporting to the Director of Communications and Content within the Marketing team. You'll be at the heart of keeping our team informed and connected during this exciting period of growth. Responsibilities include: * Spearheading internal communications initiatives. * Managing the internal communications editorial calendar, in sync with business partners. * Crafting communications related to business strategy, culture, people priorities, and change management. * Strategizing the what, when, and how of internal messaging across various channels like company meetings, emails, Slack, events, and Confluence. * Pioneering new ways to inform and motivate employees by testing innovative content and media strategies. * Building relationships across all departments to discover and share inspiring stories that engage the ezCater team.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need: 1. 7+ years of communications experience, preferably in internal communications for remote or hybrid companies. 2. Ability to translate business goals into a compelling communications strategy focused on business, people, and culture. 3. Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills for emails, presentations, etc. 4. Experience working with senior leaders, confidently guiding their messaging. 5. Agility to thrive in a fast-changing environment, managing multiple tasks effectively. 6. Willingness to travel up to 5 days per quarter for team gatherings and events.
