Qualifications

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria: 1. Currently enrolled at East Hartford AOE Hartford Public High School (HPHS) Pathways Academy of Technology & Design New Britain MET Rising seniors (summer between 11th & 12th grade) 2. Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5. 3. Possess a strong interest in engineering and technology career paths. 4. Demonstrate proficiency in written and verbal communication. 5. Exhibit professionalism and respect towards fellow interns, employers, and staff. 6. Display a willingness to learn through inquiry and idea contribution. 7. Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively within an inclusive team environment. 8. Show attention to detail and effective time-management capabilities.
