Join Flummox as a B2B Sales and Business Development Intern. Collaborate with the founder to create a data-driven outreach system for brand partnerships. Pinpoint and assess potential targets using Amazon tools and external data, crafting concise brand profiles and opportunity scores. Identify key decision-makers and gather precise contact details. Support outreach efforts with personalized messages and systematic follow-ups. Manage the sales funnel and CRM data, ensuring accuracy. Develop compelling pitch materials and conduct A/B tests to optimize outreach. Report on response patterns and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Assist in documenting standard operating procedures to establish a repeatable brand acquisition playbook.
Qualifications
1. Recent Bachelor's or Master's graduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields, or an early career professional. 2. Analytical with a passion for turning research into targeted outreach. 3. Clear and persuasive communicator with excellent English skills; German is a plus. 4. Strong logic, structure, and attention to detail; proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides. 5. Organized and dependable with disciplined CRM management and follow-ups. 6. Fast learner who enjoys testing strategies and tracking results. 7. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. 8. Strong interest in consumer brands, Amazon, and B2B sales. 9. Based in Europe and available for a 6-month full-time internship with potential for a full-time offer.
