Integrations Engineer – Data Transformation

Job Description

Engage with Business Analysts to clarify and record integration requirements. Take ownership of and execute the comprehensive integration delivery strategy spanning vendor and client infrastructures. Construct detailed integration solutions that align with the overarching program architecture. Develop integration elements and ensure thorough unit testing. Assume responsibility for crafting and unit testing assigned integration user stories. Oversee the integration backlog, establishing and managing integration delivery sprints. Assure consistency in integration architecture across vendors, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness for the client. Work closely with engineering, architecture, and vendor teams to resolve dependencies. Provide support during integration testing phases and assist in issue resolution and stabilization. Adhere to program governance structures, contributing to mobilization and ongoing execution.

Qualifications

1. Extensive experience as an Integrations Engineer on intricate transformation initiatives. 2. Demonstrated ability in designing, developing, and testing system-to-system integrations. 3. Skill to convert integration needs into precise technical specifications. 4. Practical experience with integration components and services. 5. Experience managing integration backlogs and achieving results through sprint-based methodologies. 6. Thorough understanding of integration architectural concepts and integration patterns involving multiple vendors. 7. Experience maintaining quality through unit testing and aiding subsequent testing procedures. 8. Comfortable interacting with Business Analysts, vendors, and internal technical teams. 9. Ability to function in settings with numerous systems, dependencies, and timelines. 10. Involvement in digital, data-driven, or platform-focused transformation projects. 11. Based in the UK and capable of traveling to the site 1 to 2 days per week. 12. Experience partnering with external vendors and SaaS platforms.
