Integrations Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking an Integrations Consultant to define and manage the technical requirements for enterprise customers integrating their Ashby ATS with our Workday API. This role involves leading customer engagements, particularly on complex technical projects for strategic clients. You'll advise customers on integration best practices and technical configurations, ensuring they swiftly integrate with Ashby to achieve their business outcomes. Collaboration with Product/Engineering, Implementation Specialists, CSMs, and Sales Engineers will be essential.

Qualifications

1. Extensive experience managing and executing integrations with Workday Core HCM. 2. Ability to understand customer needs and tailor implementations accordingly. 3. Experience in navigating change management processes. 4. Solid understanding of complex products and their technical intricacies. 5. Ability to advise customers on best practices. 6. Ability to proactively address customer opportunities and improve processes. 7. Effective partnership with cross-functional stakeholders. 8. Proven experience in technical solution design and troubleshooting. 9. Clear and precise communication skills. 10. Strong listening skills. 11. Ability to solve complex challenges with scalable solutions. 12. Eagerness to improve processes and workflows. 13. Detail-oriented and technically proficient. 14.
