Integration Software Engineer – Customer Success

Job Description

Join our team as an Integration Software Engineer and contribute to the success of Procore's Customer Success division. This role involves: - Designing and developing customized integration applications to meet specific client requirements. - Collaborating with Solutions Architects to enhance customer-facing applications using Procore APIs. - Mentoring teammates through code reviews and pair programming. - Maintaining a clean and efficient codebase by adhering to established best practices. - Serving as a subject matter expert, guiding others in building stable and scalable software. - Driving the evolution of internal standards to ensure high-quality application delivery. - Managing priorities in a fast-paced environment to meet project deadlines. - Monitoring and troubleshooting deployed applications to ensure consistent client performance and uptime.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess: 1. A minimum of 2 years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar object-oriented languages. 2. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3. Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling modern, high-performance web applications. 4. Experience working with large-scale frontend and backend systems, including RESTful API development. 5. A comprehensive understanding of the entire development lifecycle, including testing, staging, and monitoring. 6. Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and meet customer-specific needs. 7. Strong communication skills to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 8. Experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS and Node.js environments.
