Integration & Migration Analyst

Job Description

Assist in documenting integration workflows, field mappings, payload structures, and error-handling requirements. Review API documentation, webhook configurations, and event-driven specifications. Lead data discovery and profiling activities, and document migration scope and complexity. Build and maintain detailed data mapping documents. Participate in requirements elicitation sessions with clients and internal stakeholders. Assist in translating business requirements into user stories. We are seeking a dedicated Integration & Migration Analyst to play a crucial role in streamlining our processes and ensuring smooth data transitions. This role involves analyzing integration needs, documenting workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable user stories.

Qualifications

1. 5–8+ years of experience as a business analyst, data analyst, systems analyst, or implementation analyst in a SaaS or technology organization. 2. Hands-on experience with P&C insurance systems, ideally across policy administration, claims, underwriting, or billing. 3. Strong understanding of SaaS architectures and cloud-based technologies. 4. Deep experience with API integrations (REST/JSON), webhooks, and event-driven systems. 5. Demonstrated expertise in data mapping, migration planning, ETL workflows, and cross-system reconciliation. 6. Ability to read/use API documentation, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI specs, and log/monitoring tools. 7. Skilled in writing clear functional specs, user stories, sequence diagrams, and workflow documentation. 8. Proficient with SQL or basic data querying for validation/troubleshooting. 9. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. We need a seasoned analyst with 5-8+ years in SaaS or tech, specializing in P&C insurance systems. Expertise in API integrations, data mapping, SQL, and clear communication is essential.
