Job Description

Seeking an Intake and QA Expert to meticulously review clinical documentation, including nurse assessments (OASIS), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Responsibilities encompass aligning physician orders with patient needs, auditing ongoing notes for consistency, and swiftly resolving discrepancies. The expert will support timely documentation submission to insurance providers, review patient referrals, coordinate with internal teams for missing information, and facilitate timely patient scheduling within 24 hours. Collaboration with clinical and operations teams is essential in this fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

1. Requires 2-3+ years of relevant clinical experience. 2. Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred. 3. Home health experience is highly preferred. 4. Familiarity with OASIS assessments is a strong plus. 5. Experience reviewing clinical documentation and ensuring compliance. 6. Exhibits strong attention to detail and ability to connect the dots. 7. Tech-savvy profile, able to navigate through different admin software effectively. 8. Comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment. 9. Dynamic personality, ability to ramp quickly with minimal training. 10. Strong English communication skills (C1+ required). 11. Spanish is a plus, but not required.
