From initial case assessment to resolution, you'll manage low-complexity cases, preparing legal documents, attending hearings, and collaborating with the Claims Department. Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. Must be licensed to practice Law in applicable states. 3. Civil litigation and/or personal/bodily injury experience preferred. 4. Strong public speaking ability. 5. Ability to navigate adversarial or confrontational situations. 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 7. Effective negotiation skills. 8. Ability to represent the company with external parties. 9. Excellent judgment and decision-making skills. 10. Demonstrated time management and priority-setting skills. 11. Strong technical aptitude. 12. Proficient in using technology in a virtual, paperless environment.
