Job Description

Join our dynamic contact center team as an Insurance Customer Service Representative. In this fast-paced role, you'll resolve complex inquiries, assist with policy updates, and ensure adherence to company and PCI standards. Your problem-solving skills and professional communication will be key in retaining members and accurately documenting interactions. You'll also have the opportunity to upsell and cross-sell insurance products, all while maintaining a strong customer focus. Handling escalated contacts with courtesy and collaborating with internal teams will ensure a seamless customer experience. Achieve and exceed individual and team performance goals in our high-volume environment.

Qualifications

1. High School diploma or GED required, college degree preferred. 2. Strong computer, phone, typing, grammar, and multitasking skills are essential. 3. Excellent customer service, active listening, and problem-solving abilities. 4. Proven ability to balance efficiency and quality in a fast-paced setting. 5. Strong dedication to confidentiality and compliance with company guidelines. 6. Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, nights, and holidays. 7. A collaborative team player with positive communication and collaboration skills. 8. Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license required (or ability to obtain within 90 days; training and fees covered). 9. Spanish fluency required for bilingual queue (assessment provided). 10. Previous insurance or call center experience preferred. 11. Must pass a background check and drug screening. 12. Must reside within 80 miles of 20 First Plaza Center NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102.
