Instructor – Anthropic Claude, AI Systems & Applications

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Instructor to teach AI Systems & Applications, focusing on Anthropic Claude. You will: - Deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum objectives. - Facilitate live online instruction using best practices for adult learners. - Provide expertise in Anthropic Claude and applied AI systems. - Teach prompt engineering and LLM-based application use cases. - Connect course content to real-world applications like automation and copilots. - Encourage collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving. - Provide individualized student support. - Maintain regular communication regarding progress. - Respond to student and staff communications promptly. - Provide constructive feedback on assignments. - Evaluate student progress based on deliverables. - Maintain accurate documentation of student engagement. - Identify and escalate academic concerns. - Support performance improvement plans. - Adhere to institutional policies and instructional standards. - Foster an inclusive learning environment. - Serve as a mentor and role model. - Collaborate with instructional teams to improve learning experiences. - Represent the organization professionally.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in any field AND 6+ years of experience in AI systems, LLMs, or applied AI, OR 2. 6+ years of professional experience in AI systems, LLM applications, or related fields 3. Strong expertise in Claude, prompt engineering, and LLM-based applications 4. Understanding of AI workflows, automation, and real-world use cases 5. Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse learners 6. Passion for teaching and mentoring 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 8. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment 9. Professionalism and ethical conduct 10.
