Join our team as an Inside Sales Representative and connect with new and existing customers via inbound and outbound calls. Present tailored solutions to meet customer needs and achieve one-call sales closures. Elevate sales by upselling and cross-selling relevant products. Qualifications

1. 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Call Center Sales. 2. Familiarity with the security alarm and medical devices industry. 3. Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales goals. 4. Possess an energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused approach. 5. Proficiency in multi-tasking and CRM/data entry skills. 6. Willingness to work evening and Saturday shifts as needed.
