Inside Sales Representative, Digital Diagnostics
Job Description
Drive sales performance within the assigned region through strategic solution selling and effective territory management. Leverage Zoetis resources and nurture organizational relationships to exceed sales goals for overall performance and key growth products. Successfully introduce new products and services while balancing a broad portfolio to maximize sales opportunities. Demonstrate solution selling skills, cultivate relationships with targeted hospitals and personnel, and conduct quarterly business reviews with the Inside and Digital Sales Manager. Adapt strategies based on changing needs to optimize territory performance and collaborate with Zoetis colleagues with integrity and teamwork.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) preferred, Associate degree required. 2. Animal Health experience and knowledge of veterinary medicine preferred. 3. Accountable for results. 4. Demonstrated success in previous sales roles. 5. Change agent, continuous learner. 6. Uses analytics and insights for enhanced decision-making. 7. Follow-through and attention to detail. 8. Ability to manage assigned expense budgets. 9. Strategic Selling Skills. 10. Customer focused. 11. Ability to articulate complex concepts succinctly. 12. Professional demeanor and presentation style. 13. Highly focused and results-oriented. 14. Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team. 15. Willingness to accept and incorporate feedback. 16. Computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Zoetis systems).
