Join BeMo as an Inside Sales Representative and play a crucial role in converting prospective students into successful, paying participants. Educate students on our offerings through email, phone, and live chat, crafting effective strategies to boost student acquisition and enhance customer support. Maintain detailed student records and provide essential administrative support by troubleshooting, analyzing data, and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive documents. Leverage technology to improve customer service and sales processes, contributing directly to student success.
Qualifications
1. No prior experience is needed, but 3-5 years in sales is advantageous. 2. Must be tech-proficient and eager to learn new tools. 3. Should be skilled in online research. 4. Demonstrate self-directed learning to improve customer service/sales procedures. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and adaptable to new software for efficiency. 6. Bilingualism in English and French is a bonus. 7. Must be available for evening and weekend work.
