Join Rentokil as an Inside Sales Professional, promoting and selling our pest management services and products to both prospective and current residential clients. Excel in managing inbound sales calls, consistently achieving a closing rate of 60% or higher. Follow our proven 6-step sales approach, diligently follow up on all open orders, and execute targeted outbound and SMS campaigns to boost customer engagement and sales success. Maximize customer interaction time by organizing calls and email strategies.

Qualifications

1. Possess 1-3 years of proven success in a fast-paced professional sales environment. 2. Have 1-3 years of experience in a call center setting. 3. Demonstrate a consistent history of exceeding sales targets and achieving set goals. 4. Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. 5. Show experience in effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. 6. Thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing work environment.
