Information Security Specialist – Staff

Job Description

Tahto is seeking an Information Security Specialist to strengthen our security posture. In this role, you'll collaborate with infrastructure teams to manage vulnerabilities and risks, respond to security incidents, and promote secure software development. Key responsibilities include: * Coordinating with infrastructure teams to bolster security measures. * Identifying and mitigating environment vulnerabilities and risks. * Analyzing and addressing information security incidents. * Championing a Secure Software Development Lifecycle and participating in squads to define security requirements. * Assessing vendor security from an information security perspective. * Evaluating technology solutions to ensure security compliance. * Enforcing security policies and directives.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you'll need: 1. A completed Bachelor's degree. 2. At least 5 years of experience in information security. 3. Exceptional problem-solving abilities in complex scenarios. 4. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills. 5. Analytical thinking to understand complex business environments. 6. Relevant certifications in the security field. 7. Proficiency with tools like FortiGate, CrowdStrike, Wazuh (SIEM), Zabbix, Microsoft System Center, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Active Directory / Entra ID, PowerShell, Microsoft Azure, VMware vSphere, Cisco Secure, and Web Appliance - SWA (proxy appliance), as well as Windows and Linux hardening, CIS Benchmarks, and basic knowledge of LGPD and ISO 27001.
