Job Description
Winona is seeking an Influencer Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our influencer and creator program. This role focuses on creator sourcing and management to boost performance across paid and organic channels. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and source creators across various platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, aligning them with our brand positioning and target audience. • Research and evaluate creators based on engagement rate, audience quality, content style, and brand fit. • Build and maintain a pipeline of vetted creators ready for outreach. • Track sourcing efforts using Airtable or similar systems. • Execute daily outreach to creators via DM, email, and other platforms. • Personalize outreach messaging to improve response and conversion rates. • Follow up consistently to maximize creator onboarding. • Negotiate basic deliverables, timelines, and usage rights as needed. • Maintain organized tracking of outreach status, responses, and onboarding progress. • Manage day-to-day communication with active creators. • Coordinate deliverables, deadlines, and content approvals. • Ensure creators clearly understand briefs, hooks, and conversion-focused angles. • Collect, organize, and store content for internal use, including ads, organic posts, and whitelisting. • Assist in briefing creators with clear direction based on successful angles. • Keep the creator database updated and segmented by new, active, and top-performing creators. • Support campaign launches and ongoing testing initiatives.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in influencer marketing, UGC (User-Generated Content), or creator partnerships. 2. Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, with a keen eye for high-performing, conversion-driven content. 3. Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple creators simultaneously. 4. Excellent written communication skills, particularly for outreach and relationship management. 5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, adapting quickly to shifting priorities. 6. Availability to work US hours (EST/PST) consistently.
