Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Influencer Marketing Manager to develop, own, and evolve Empower’s global influencer marketing strategy, aligning it with our enterprise objectives. You will identify emerging platforms, creator trends, and cultural movements, defining and managing the annual influencer operating plan and budget. Providing strategic oversight of external influencer agencies, you will oversee influencer programs, including always-on campaigns, product launches, and partnerships. Responsibilities include leading negotiation and contracting for influencer collaborations, ensuring content meets brand, legal, and regulatory standards, defining KPIs, and leading performance reporting and optimization. You will also own influencer compliance, brand safety, and risk management.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2. 8-12+ years of marketing experience with deep specialization in influencer marketing. 3. Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale influencer programs. 4. Experience managing agencies and external partners. 5. Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills. 6. Working knowledge of FTC regulations and influencer compliance standards.
