Inbound Sales Executive
Job Description
Assist users during their trial period, providing assistance in system implementation. Identify and qualify new leads, seeking to understand their main needs. Keep potential customer information updated in Hubspot (phone, address, networks, alternative phone number). Assist users during the trial period to achieve conversion. Close sales. Track KPIs for the area. Maintain daily communications via WhatsApp, phone, and email. Offer quick and agile responses to inquiries from new interested parties, with the goal of creating a trial account for them. Conduct remote system demonstrations. Prepare quotes for potential clients.
Qualifications
1. Hold a degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or related fields. 2. Possess at least 2 years of experience in commercial positions (ideally related to online sales channels and in the technology sector). 3. Be a proactive and empathetic person. 4. Have dialogue and negotiation skills. 5. Possess organizational skills and good time management. 6. Live in Bogotá
