In-House AI Programmer, Developer

Job Description

We're seeking an AI Programmer/Developer to develop AI-driven tools, workflows, and system integrations. You'll support the buildout of Voice AI solutions for after-hours, intake, scheduling, and receptionist services. This role includes creating and maintaining API integrations between AI platforms and business systems, building automation scripts and internal tools to improve operational efficiency. You will work with operations and leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The role also involves configuring, testing, and optimizing AI call flows, prompts, routing rules, and escalation logic. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, maintaining documentation, and supporting the improvement of AI projects, ensuring scalability and security.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 2. At least 2–4 years of experience in software development, programming, system integration, or automation. 3. Strong knowledge of at least one or more programming languages such as: Python, JavaScript / TypeScript, Node.js, PHP, Java, C#. 4. Experience working with APIs, webhooks, databases, and third-party system integrations. 5. Basic understanding of AI tools, automation platforms, or chatbot/voicebot systems. 6. Ability to analyze business processes and convert them into technical workflows. 7. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. 8. Good documentation and communication skills. 9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
