Implementation Specialist

Job Description

Assume the pivotal role of Implementation Specialist, spearheading the end-to-end implementation of Raintree integrations. This includes meticulous planning, seamless installation, precise configuration, rigorous testing, and flawless deployment. Optimize Raintree environments, manage large-scale rollouts across numerous environments, ensuring consistency and minimizing disruption. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, gathering requirements and aligning solutions. Troubleshoot integration issues, develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, and provide training and support. Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with data security standards.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience with Raintree Systems (EMR/EHR/PM platform). 2. Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Raintree integrations (e.g., billing, clearinghouses, APIs, third-party tools). 3. Experience managing multi-site or enterprise-level deployments. 4. Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, particularly in rehab therapy. 5. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across integrations and environments. 6. Experience with data migration, system configuration, and testing methodologies. 7. Strong project management and organizational skills. 8. Experience rolling out multilocation solutions (preferred). 9. Familiarity with HL7, APIs, or healthcare integration standards (preferred). 10. Experience working with cloud-based or multi-tenant environments (preferred). 11. Background in healthcare IT consulting or EMR implementations (preferred).
